ISLAMABAD, April 1 (Xinhua) — Pakistan reported 180 new COVID-19 cases and four more deaths over the past 24 hours, the country’s health ministry said on Friday.

According to the data released by the ministry, the country’s overall tally of COVID-19 cases has risen to 1,524,973, including 1,485,924 recoveries.

There are 8,690 active cases in the country, including 403 patients in critical condition.
