ISLAMABAD, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) — Pakistan recorded 3,012 new COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) said on Thursday.

The NCOC, a department leading Pakistan’s campaign against the pandemic, said that the country’s number of overall confirmed cases has risen to 1,215,821.
