COLOMBO, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka has crossed the 10-million mark in administering the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccines since the vaccination program rolled out in late January, State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals Channa Jayasumana said here Tuesday.
