Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], May 10 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday welcomed the ceasefire between India and Pakistan and urged the current state administration to expedite relief measures for affected civilians.
