NAY PYI TAW, Myanmar, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) — A seminar on the understanding and implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement kicked off here on Monday, bringing representatives from six Lancang-Mekong countries together.
