New Delhi [India], April 12 (ANI): The masterminds of the Pathankot and Pulwama attacks have been declared ‘terrorists’ under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on Monday, as per the notification of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
