VIENTIANE, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) — Laos’ Ministry of Planning and Investment and development partners convened a meeting to discuss the 10th five-year National Socio-economic Development Plan for 2026-2030 to ensure that it aligns with Laos’ current development situation.
