VIENTIANE, May 3 (Xinhua) — Laos and Cuba have pledged to strengthen cooperative relationship and ensure more effective cooperation between the two countries.

General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith made the remarks at a meeting with Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of organization of the Communist Party
