KATHMANDU, Nepal – The Rehabilitation Center for Patients with Muscular Dystrophy in Shankharapur Municipality, Kathmandu District, was officially handed over by the Government of Japan on Tuesday. Tamura Takahiro, the Charge d’Affaires ad interim of Japan to Nepal, attended the ceremony.
