Jammu [India], March 13 (ANI): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday felicitated medal winners of national and international competitions for the years 2021-22 and 2022-23 with a total of 368 sportspersons, from 17 disciplines receiving special cash awards.
