TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran lost to South Korea 27-26 in the 21st AHF Asian Men’s Handball Championship Monday night.

Team Melli defeated New Zealand, China and the UAE and lost to South Korea (two times), Japan and Qatar in the championship.

Iran finished in sixth place and South Korea came fifth.

The competition is taking place from January 11 to 25 in Manama and Isa Town in Bahrain
