JAKARTA, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) — Indonesia posted a trade balance surplus of 3.42 billion U.S. dollars in September, rising slightly compared to the previous month of 3.12 billion U.S. dollars, amidst the decline in the value of exports and imports, Statistics Indonesia (BPS) announced on Monday.
