NEW DELHI, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) — India’s daily COVID-19 caseload increased to 2,141 on Thursday from 1,946 the previous day, officials said.

According to health ministry data released on Thursday morning, 2,141 new cases of COVID-19 were reported across the South Asian country during the past 24 hours, taking the total tally to 44,636,517.
