KATHMANDU, Nepal – India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Nepal Monday on an official visit, leading an 11-member delegation. He will be here at Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s invitation.

Ajit Doval, India’s national security advisor, will accompany him, as will foreign secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra.
