Rajouri (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], November 24 (ANI): Indian Army dog Domino and his handler Lance Naik Lucky Kumar were awarded the Northern Army Commendation Card for tracking down a Pakistani terrorist in the recent Rajouri encounter.
