New Delhi [India], November 1 (ANI): India and Sri Lanka held the 12th round of negotiations on the Ecobomic and Technology Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry said on Wednesday.
The three-day meeting was held from October 30 to November 1 in the Sri Lankan capital, Colombo.
