Patiphan “Patiphan” Chaiwong of Thailand announced his retirement from competitive Overwatch on Thursday.

Patiphan, 19, spent the past nine-plus months playing DPS for the Los Angeles Gladiators of the Overwatch League.

With Patiphan’s help, the Gladiators won both the Kickoff Clash and Midseason Madness tournaments this summer.

The team said last month that Patiphan was dealing with a wrist injury. In a farewell video
