KATHMANDU, Nepal – 7.5 million children will be vaccinated against typhoid by the Ministry of Health and Population.

Sagar Dahal, Chief of the Child Health and Vaccination Section at the Department of Health, said that children aged 15 months to 15 years would be given typhoid vaccines. He stated that the typhoid vaccine would only be given once. The vaccination campaign will take place from April 8 to May 1.
