VIENTIANE, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) — More than 2.4 million foreign tourists spent time in Laos in the first nine months of 2023, an increase of 285 percent compared to the same period in 2022, according to the latest report from the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.
