Jaffna [Sri Lanka], October 4 (ANI): Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla visited the iconic Jaffna Cultural Centre on Sunday during his four-day visit to Sri Lanka.
The centre is built with Indian grant assistance.
