KUALA LUMPUR, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) — Flooding triggered by continuous heavy rains has led to the evacuation of over 3,900 people in Malaysia’s east coast state of Terengganu on Wednesday.

The displaced people are being housed at 30 flood relief centers, according to the social welfare department.
