Patna (Bihar) [India], July 4 (ANI): Independent MP from Bihar’s Purnia, Pappu Yadav, on Friday accused the Election Commission (EC) of trying to disenfranchise poor, Dalit, and migrant workers through its ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the state.
