DHAKA, Bangladesh – On Thursday, Bangladesh and the European Union (EU) expressed a willingness to sign a “partnership cooperation” agreement to take their relations to the next level.

However, it is still in the early stages, as extensive discussions and negotiations, the parties say, are required.
