SANTIAGO, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) — The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) announced Saturday that it plans to hold various activities throughout the year to celebrate its 75th anniversary.

“We are beginning a new stage of activities where we will not only celebrate our 75th anniversary, but also strengthen capacities to continue working and serving Latin America and the Caribbean better,”
