DHAKA, Bangladesh – A video of a visibly agitated Chinese guy flinging cash indiscriminately after his vehicle was stopped in Mohakhali has gone viral on the internet.

The Chinese man’s identity and other details were not known. Still, he informed officers he would submit paperwork through a lawyer, according to Shehed Al Masud, a deputy commissioner of traffic police.
