New Delhi [India], September 19 (ANI): Former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday accused the Congress of not taking steps to procure modern equipment for defence forces during the UPA governments despite India being surrounded by two hostile neighbours and said China had gone ahead of India in terms of weaponry and “it is the fault of Congress”.
