PHNOM PENH, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) — Cambodia has welcomed a newborn Mekong River Irrawaddy dolphin, bringing the total number of newborn dolphin calves to six so far this year, the Fisheries Administration said in a news release on Wednesday.
