SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) — Cambodia on Thursday inaugurated a 37.5-million-U.S. dollar additional container terminal at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) here after a 17-month construction.
