PHNOM PENH, April 1 (Xinhua) — Cambodian authorities have arrested 4,485 drug-related suspects, including 67 foreigners, in 1,868 cases during the first quarter of this year, said an Anti-Drug Police Department’s report on Saturday.

Some 52 percent of the suspects were drug traffickers, manufacturers, possessors and transporters, while 48 percent were drug users, the report said.
