PHNOM PENH, May 25 (Xinhua) — Cambodian anti-drug police have arrested three foreigners for allegedly manufacturing, possessing and trafficking more than 30 kg illicit drugs, the National Police said on Wednesday.

One suspect was arrested at a condo in capital Phnom Penh, and two others were caught in the coastal province of Preah Sihanouk, police said, adding that they were all male and apprehended on May 18.
