KATHMANDU, Nepal On Friday evening, a fire destroyed three houses in Sidhuwa Bazar, Chhathar Jorpati Rural Municipality, Dhankuta district.

According to a local, security personnel from the Nepal Army, Nepal Police, and the Armed Police Force are attempting to extinguish the fire that began in a butcher shop.

Another local said a fire engine had arrived from Basantpur in Terhathum to put out the fire.
