Beijing – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken met Monday with China’s top diplomat Wang Yi on the second and final day of a visit to Beijing aimed at stabilizing relations between the two powers.

Blinken and Wang shook hands at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse before going into a meeting room for the talks along with delegations from both sides.
