HANOI, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) — Outstanding loans to the Vietnamese real estate sector in the first half of 2023 surged by 17.4 percent, exceeding the 10.7 percent growth rate of the whole of 2022, local media reported on Wednesday, citing the State Bank of Vietnam.
