DHAKA, March 16 (Xinhua) — Bangladesh Wednesday reported no new COVID-19 deaths for the second consecutive day, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said.

After about three months, Bangladesh on Tuesday logged zero deaths.

The official data showed a total of 29,112 people in the country have died due to the disease since the start of the pandemic on March 8, 2020.
