DHAKA, July 31 (Xinhua) — Bangladesh reported 9,369 new COVID-19 cases and 218 more deaths on Saturday, making the tally at 1,249,484 and death toll at 20,685, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said.

The official data showed that 30,980 samples were tested in the last 24 hours as of 8:00 a.m. local time Saturday across Bangladesh.
