DHAKA, Bangladesh – Foreign Minister Hasan Mahmud said Friday that all countries, including the United States and Europe, must work together to improve their human rights records.

“Look, Bangladesh has a much better human rights record than many other countries worldwide.

“There is no nation that is perfect when it comes to human rights,” he said, answering a question at the Foreign Service Academy.
