VIENTIANE, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) — The ASEAN chairmanship will provide an opportunity for Laos to publicize its foreign policy and the policy relating to economic cooperation between Laos and other countries, said Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith.
