KABUL, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) — The Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) decided to auction 17 million U.S. dollars as part of the country’s efforts to stabilize the exchange rate of the national currency, the Afghan central bank said in a statement on Wednesday.
