MANILA, Dec. 9 (Xinhua) — The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Monday said it has signed a 115-million-U.S. dollar financing package with Asialink Finance Corporation to expand its working capital and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines.

The project is expected to increase Asialink’s total loans to SMEs from 8.8 billion pesos (around 150 million dollars) to around 13 billion peso
