MANILA, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) — The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Wednesday said it has approved a 650-million-U.S. dollar investment loan to upgrade and enhance Indonesia’s primary healthcare facilities and public health laboratories nationwide to improve disease prevention, detection, and treatment.
