New Delhi [India], December 14 (ANI): The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has announced the appointment of Takeo Konishi as the Director General of its South Asia Department (SARD), with the responsibility of shaping and implementing strategic initiatives in the region.
Konishi officially assumed office on December 11.
