NEW YORK, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted 34 km SE of Union, Philippines at 18:42:58 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 56.1 km, was initially determined to be at 9.56 degrees north latitude and 126.36 degrees east longitude.
