DHAKA, May 29 (Xinhua) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted parts of Bangladesh, including the capital Dhaka, on Wednesday night.

The tremor lasted for a few seconds, according to the U.S. Geological Survey and the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
