Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) [Pakistan], September 13 (ANI): Standing operating procedures (SOPs) against the COVID-19 were violated during the Cantonment board elections held in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday.
