Washington DC [US], July 30 (ANI): US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Friday thanked Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana for “full restoration” of the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) on the deployment of US troops in the country.
