(250726) — CHILAS, July 26, 2025 (Xinhua) — Rescuers work to clear a road following flash flood on a highway near the Chilas district in Pakistan’s northern region of Gilgit-Baltistan on July 24, 2025. Torrential monsoon rain-related incidents have killed 266 people and injured 633 others across Pakistan over the past 30 days, according to data released by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on Friday.
