Brussels [Belgium], June 10 (ANI): External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that it is not a conflict between India and Pakistan but a response to the threat of terrorism at the 1st India-EU Strategic Dialogue in Brussels. He reiterated India’s policy of zero tolerance for terrorism and not yielding to the nuclear blackmail.
