PHNOM PENH, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) — Cambodian and Iranian diplomats on Tuesday welcomed the progress on finalizing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on petroleum cooperation between the two countries, said a Cambodian foreign ministry’s press release.
