COLOMBO, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) — The National Transport Commission (NTC) of Sri Lanka is drafting a list of passenger rights aimed at ensuring the safety of bus passengers, NTC Chairman Bandura Dileepa Witharana announced Monday during an interview on local television.
