ISLAMABAD, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) — Foreign exchange reserves of the State Bank of Pakistan have decreased by 228 million U.S. dollars due to external debt repayments, the central bank said in a statement on Thursday.

During the week ending on Dec. 20, the total foreign exchange reserves of the bank stood at about 11.8 billion dollars, the bank said.
